Elliott’s role as Managing Director is planning and implementing our company strategy to successfully drive the business further forward. Commercially astute with a strong focus on client satisfaction, business development, financial performance and growth, always monitoring the companies output so we meet and exceed expectations. Elliott is also a member of The Institute of Directors.
Andy takes a great deal of care in looking after each and every one of our clients. He overseas your individual account to ensure everything is okay and you are fully satisfied with our service. With our client’s satisfaction and feedback at the core of our business, Andy performs all of our quality audits, monitors our output and customer service.
Alan supports Andy in ensuring all of our clients are happy; with their needs and preferences in mind, he also fully manages our new staff recruitment. He also keeps a check on our stock levels to make sure that we never run out of what our clients need. On top of all of this, Alan also monitors and manages our website keeping you up to date and informed of all of our services.
Victoria has spent her entire career in the industry and holds BlcS qualifications. As our own personal expert she manages all staff’s learning, training and professional development. She fully understands what both our clients and our cleaners need to ensure Elliotts perform to the highest possible standard. Victoria liaises with our Senior Management Team and all other staff to put together contracts and specialist training.
Wendy keeps everything finance-related ticking over at Elliotts. Wendy works with fantastic precision and is highly skilled in what she does. She keeps our staff very happy by managing our entire payroll, and keeps the Senior Management Team happy and on track with regular forecasting reviews and budget updates.
Kerry works closely with Victoria in relation to our staff by managing our Human Resources and overseeing that everybody is happy and healthy. In addition, Kerry also looks after our general administration at Elliotts from client enquiries, account filing management and keeping us all in the office in good order.
